Welcome to the St James Primary School's E-News, a weekly roundup of the latest news and events at the school.

Change to the E-News Format - Following feedback from parents we are reducing the level of information sent in the E-News every week and will be sending out a pared-back version every other week starting today. This version will still contain links to key areas and will let you know if there are letters for your child's class on the Parent Portal.
Open Morning Thursday 6th October 9.15-11am Our Open Morning is open to all current parents as well as prospective parents. We also welcome local residents who would like to meet our staff and children and see the school at work - please click on the picture to learn more and register your interest.

Parent Consultations - the letter containing information regarding booking parent consultations is now on the Parent Portal. Appointments go live tomorrow, Saturday 24th September.
Drop in sessions with our Home School Link Worker, Helen Owen - The role of the Home School Link Worker (HSLW) is to support families with a range of issues at home or at school. 1:1 sessions are available on Wednesdays. To book an appointment, email Helen on hslw@st-james-elstead.surrey.sch.uk or ring the school office to request a call back.
